Post M&A data success

Don’t lose momentum after making an acquisition by leveraging our purpose-built data consolidation processes and tech.

Post M&A success needs planning

Post M&A data and tech integrations will take more or less time depending on your strategic planning and the resources available. Before putting anything in place, it is crucial to identify the systems you want to keep, the data you need to transfer, an interim process to avoid impacting business as usual, and which resources and solutions you will use to achieve your goals.

Working in a transparent environment

There will be a period of time where your new collaborators are working on separate systems, or different installations of the same systems with varying data sets. Our purpose-built solution for businesses looking to switch software solutions works perfectly for post-merger integrations.

Identify the data you need to share

Whether the acquirer and acquiree are using the same software systems or vastly different tech stacks, they will be working from separate databases which need to either be combined or work in parallel with seamless data sharing.

Decide on the best approach

Our flexible solutions allow you to choose an approach that works best for you. Start slowly by integrating smaller bolt-on solutions into your main tech stack or run two separate tech stacks in parallel for a period of time before shifting over to a single tech stack for your post-merger reality.

Execute in full confidence

Supply chain and logistics data is both valuable and highly sensitive. Not only have we passed key security audits with top logistics service providers in the past, but we've created solutions that allow you to move data, without ever having to access your production data or impact production systems. Keep growing your business and protecting your data during the post-merger integrations.

How we helped DSV with their post M&A data consolidation of Agility Global Logistics

DSV acquired Agility Logistics and needed to transfer key data from one production system to the other, without providing access to production systems or data. As this was a temporary need, they didn’t require a full blown integration, but a bridge that could remain open indefinitely if needed, that would allow two systems to run in tandem, with one eventually being switched off.
